About Global Fabricators, Inc.

Having opened for business Feb. 1, 1995, Global Fabricators, Inc. (GFI) is now well established and has turned a profit beginning with our second year. GFI was organized by Dan Minter and Wayne Cessna to provide products used by the air conditioning industry. All of Dan's career experience had been in supplying these products, while Wayne was primarily involved in banking and providing data processing services for financial institutions.

Our satisfied customers include companies of all sizes, including two that are division of companies which are listed on the New York Stock Exchange, located in California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.

What we do

Global Fabricators, Inc., specializes in tube end forming, bending, spin closing and brazing of copper and aluminum tubing used in residential, mobile home, commercial and automotive air conditioning as well as air conditioning coolant reclamation and recycling equipment and various other precise tubing manufacturing.

We provide these products using Burr Oak automatic tube cutting machines, Carson tube end forming machines, Eagle Eaton Leonard CNC bending equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic and manual benders, braze stations, leak test stations, hydraulic extruding equipment and spin closing equipment. All products that have any brazing are 100% leak tested for quality assurance.

Copper tubing

We supply copper tubing products including manifolds and headers, double-flared tubing parts, bent copper tubing, bent and brazed tubing and bent, brazed and extruded tubing.

Customized brazing

We provide customized brazing for aluminum, copper, compressors, dryers, accumulators, coils and oil separators.

Beadlock fittings and hardlines (liquid lines)

We have fittings and hardlines that are straight, bent, with R 134-A and R-12 service ports, male and female switch ports, regular or reduc3ed barrier ferrules, with beadlock and blocks and pads and any others needed. Spin closing is available for any of these.
